Wheera is a marketplace connecting advertisers ("Campaign Owners") with clippers who create and distribute short-form video content. Wheera is not a party to the content created, only the facilitator of payment and campaign matching.
You must provide accurate information, including a valid Kenyan phone number for M-Pesa transactions. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Advertisers fund campaign budgets in escrow before a campaign goes live, plus a 10% platform fee. Funds are only released to clippers for approved, verified submissions, subject to the fraud review hold period.
By joining a campaign, an advertiser grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use campaign assets (video, logos, sounds) solely for the purpose of producing content for that campaign. This license ends when the campaign ends.
Payouts are made via M-Pesa to the number on file. Wheera is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network operators. Minimum withdrawal is KSh 100. Withdrawals above KSh 20,000 require identity verification.
Wheera reserves the right to withhold or reverse payment where fraud indicators are present, including sudden view spikes, duplicate URLs, multiple accounts on one device, recycled clips, or deleted/private posts. Clippers may dispute a rejection through the Dispute Center.

Wheera may suspend or freeze an account that violates these terms, pending investigation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wheera after changes constitutes acceptance.
