Name, email, phone number, county, M-Pesa number, social media handles, and campaign/submission activity. For withdrawals above KSh 20,000, we collect an ID number and a selfie for identity verification.
To operate the marketplace: matching campaigns to clippers, processing M-Pesa payments, verifying identity for larger withdrawals, sending notifications, and preventing fraud.
We share the minimum required transaction data with Safaricom's Daraja API to process STK Push deposits. B2C payouts will use the same minimum-data principle once enabled. We never store your M-Pesa PIN.
We share submission URLs and view counts with the relevant advertiser so they can review your work. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support through the in-app messages.
We retain transaction records as required by Kenyan tax and financial regulations, even after account closure.
